TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU POSSESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

HOW DOES THE ROLE IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION?

We are seeking a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our marketing team as the Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence Insights and Analytics. You will play a leading role in developing and continuously improving our marketing strategies and operations through data-driven insights and continuous process optimization. You will drive impactful decision-making, streamline workflows, and inform a value-generating marketing system. You are a natural collaborator working across our team, the enterprise, and our advisor network to create great experiences for our advisors and their clients. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Data Optimization and Analysis:
  • Create and streamline data collection processes from various sources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement marketing data quality checks and standardization protocols to enhance data integrity.
  • Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Market Research and Trend Identification:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and advisor/consumer preferences.
  • Develop automated processes for trend monitoring and analysis to facilitate proactive decision-making.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to drive innovation, improved advisor experiences, and lead generation.
  • Campaign Performance Enhancement:

  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies and iterative improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track real-time campaign performance.
  • Customer Insights and Segmentation:

  • Analyze advisor and client behavior data to uncover insights into segmentation and persona development.

  • Continuously refine customer segmentation models based on evolving data and market dynamics.
  • Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:

  • Develop predictive models to forecast marketing demands, market trends, and campaign outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive models into strategic planning processes.
  • Process Improvement and Automation:

  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and processes related to marketing systems, channels, and campaigns.

  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor process performance metrics and iterate on improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of corporate communication and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain team scorecard.
