- Develop and Establish CIB Marketing & Communications with Guardrails for strategy and operations delivery.
- Tailor and develop data driven KPIs in the measurement of strategic objectives.
- Establish best practice in the development of strategy and operations for the function.
- Develop integrated marketing customer and value oriented objectives and metrics to establish continuous improvement and guardrails.
- Establish guardrails and governance framework to ensure adherence to process, compliance and regulatory requirements are communicated and complied with.
- Brand CI guidance where needed on campaigns
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Strategy and Operations leads the integrated and experience marketing strategy and operations initiatives aligned to the enterprise marketing strategy. Leverages integrated channel marketing knowledge to create guardrails and benchmarks for Nedbank CIB. This entails working closely with other chapters (i.e., Strategy, Digital Marketing, Media, Sponsorships and Events and Direct Marketing). Manages all reporting for the function as well as process development and adherence. The Senior Manager: Marketing Operations will support the Executive Head CIB Marketing & Communications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish Integrated Marketing and Experience guardrails
- Develop and Establish CIB Marketing & Communications with Guardrails for strategy and operations delivery.
- Tailor and develop data driven KPIs in the measurement of strategic objectives.
- Establish best practice in the development of strategy and operations for the function.
- Develop integrated marketing customer and value oriented objectives and metrics to establish continuous improvement and guardrails.
- Establish guardrails and governance framework to ensure adherence to process, compliance and regulatory requirements are communicated and complied with.
- Brand CI guidance where needed on campaigns.
Provide support to Integrated Marketing
- Consult and provide advice on best practice from an operational delivery perspective.
- Monitor data across projects and inter-agency teams, identify improvement opportunities and remedial actions and communicate these across projects.
Marketing Campaign contribution
- Participate in the development of the key strategic and operational initiatives for the overall planning, and performance management, monitoring and tracking of effectiveness and to better manage risks for CIB Marketing.
Analyse reporting for continuous improvement
- Leverage insights from campaigns to determine CIB’s ROMI and align to 3-year business plan.
- Track and measure ROMI.
- Gather, analyse and interpret campaign insights to feed into strategy development.
- Responsible for all reporting to CIB EXCO and Marcomms EXCO.
- Compliance adherence and storage of all compliance documentation.
People management
- Provide support to the CIB Marketing Heads in delivering on the various strategic and operational initiatives.
- Recruit or re-skill individuals to meet the demands of the strategy and operations area when required.
- Oversight over operational delivery across the team and agencies.
