Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Marketing Operations is the engine that makes our marketing world go round. We’re excited to be hiring for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to play a pivotal role in our marketing team sitting on the marketing leadership team reporting directly to the CMO and hiring to lead a small but mighty team.
From defining the marketing operations strategy to creating a leading buyer-first experience, our ideal candidate is naturally collaborative, strategically involved, analytical, and a curious learner.
This role requires a strong understanding of best practices in marketing operations, marketing automation, project management, ABM, budgeting, and vendor management. To be successful, you will be an excellent communicator, a problem solver, be passionate about driving efficiencies and creating processes that help our organziation scale.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Create and maintain an industry-leading marketing operations strategy. Build, scale and optimise our marketing programs helping drive growth throughout the entire marketing team. Align with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-performing marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.

Responsible for:

  • Annual budget and Marketing Planning: Manage end-to-end planning process for the Marketing team from start to locking in the Marketing Team OKRs.
  • Data Management: work closely with revenue operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce and Hubspot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, analytics and reporting.
  • Hubspot ownership: Own Hubspot as both our Marketing Automation Platform and Content Management System. Act as the go-to person for the Marketing team to implement changes and to share knowledge.
  • MarTech Stack ownership: Assume ownership over our entire marketing technology stack ensuring that all our tech works in perfect harmony to create the best buyer experiences.
  • Vendor management: Support the evaluation process, and manage contract execution, invoicing and overall vendor onboarding.
