This role sits in Business Finance Organization (BFO) and forms the key interface between business Finance and the local specific commercial and strategic teams.
We are looking for a Senior Manager who will support projects contributing to the long term sustainable growth of the BENELUX and Nordics clusters. In this position, you will contribute to the success of these markets by standardising financial processes, bringing reporting to the next level to provide greater financial and commercial transparency while building business cases to provide data driven recommendations for the business. The candidate will bring strong financial and analytical skills combined with a great commercial understanding of the business. The candidate will report to the Markets Finance Head for the cluster and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams.

• Translate financial guidance and annual budget into commercial/customer-oriented targets and regularly track against these;
• Ensure alignment of the targets and measures with the local commercial and functional teams while connecting the dots with central Finance to ensure cohesiveness across the board;
• Automatize, prepare and present quarterly and monthly performance reviews on a regular basis to support the senior management in the decision-making process;
• Closely and proactively consult and collaborate with the relevant business and finance teams to identify risks & opportunities and work together to solve problems in an efficient way;
• Build the foundation to enable the challenge of the immediate stakeholders’ recommendations based on data-driven and customer-centric information while fostering best practices from different markets to drive value and long-term growth;
• You love data and analysing it: you create reportings, track KPIs and model solutions that derive actionable insights based on your findings;
• Support project-based analytic requests and create transparency on the different implications both on the profitability and/or multiple teams functions;
• Build up on your curiosity and foster recommendations on potential solutions/projects that enhance the customer journey/experience;
• You have a hands-on mindset and are always willing to support your team and tackle ad-hoc requests and business cases from stakeholders.
