SENIOR MANAGER, NON FINANCIAL RISK

If you are an experienced Risk in Change professional looking to advance your experience through a complex program of work which includes global interaction, involvement and reporting, this role could be perfect for you.
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED
- Previous experience in 3LOD Operational Risk
- Senior experience managing Risk in Change in a complex, regulated environment
- Sound understanding of operational and technology risk including the frameworks and Line1 practice, controls and testing
- Commercial acumen -Understanding of the business drivers and the strategic direction vs. risk management in achieving objectives
- Proven ability to negotiate with all levels of management to influence decisions, make recommendations and implement change
- Highly effective communication skills along with skill in managing time and priorities effectively under pressure
- Working knowledge of an agile operating environment

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the IRM Lead, ORM Lead and Head of NFR to assist in the development, embedding and management of non-financial risk frameworks for what will be ING Australia’s biggest ever business transformation
- Use the 3 Lines of Defence (3LOD) model, to influence, advise and empower business units to take accountability and responsibility for identification, management and monitoring of operational risks managed within appetite
- Effectively review and challenge business decisions and activities in line with the 3LOD
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, including EXCO, Risk Leadership team, Business Management and ING Global.
- Participate, contribute to and advise working groups and steering committees
