Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Drive all Oceanfreight Operational KPI performance of all Asia Pacific countries and support the countries in achieving their KPIs as well as the productivity and data quality benefits intended to be delivered through these KPIs. Each team member will be given a set of specific KPIs/topics to make their own and drive.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute Operations process and performance improvement plans with in-depth analysis and potential solution proposals to meet KPIs as well as productivity and data quality goals
- Review and evaluate impact of process and system changes to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement
- Understand and analyse operational data and statistics to identify further opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
- Cooperate with Global, Regional and Country Operations & Compliance teams with various analysis and process improvements and provide ad-hoc assistance to country, regional and global management
- Formulate innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness
- Consolidate the results of improvement projects and compose relevant report on progress and results
- Deploy best practices to identified key risk areas and resolve them
