SENIOR MANAGER OF AGENCY PARTNERSHIPS

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a business development strategy that leverages CreativeXs’ platform and our ecosystem of agency partners to deliver value to all stakeholders. In doing so, you’ll be building a business case for continued investment into the agency ecosystem.
  • Your primary goal is to drive lead generation through agency partners. Each new partnership you develop and nurture will be expected to result in introductions to new prospective (ICP - Ideal customer profile) clients.
  • This approach will be scalable and repeatable - you are building a model which can be replicated from one agency to the next.
  • Lead the development of an agency partnership strategy that aligns CreativeX platform and business goals to drive value at scale for agency partners. Your approach will be systematic and repeatable - the goal is to build a model which can be repeated across agencies at global scale.
  • From conception to activation you’ll own the execution of your strategy including alignment between partners, considering company resource allocation, driving scalability and reporting on the success of each of your partnerships.
  • Maintain executive level relationships with our strategic agency partners to drive awareness and adoption of CreativeX.
  • Develop product integration strategies, lead cross-functional programs, measure impact and be responsible for wide-scale adoption of CreativeX across our platform partners
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to Revenue, Product and Engineering teams to inform collaboration approaches, product roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Build the case to grow a team of Partner Managers, evaluating staffing needs as our business grows and identifying growth opportunities
  • Be a positive contributor to the CreativeX community and culture
