SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS

Lead a team to manage facilities and operations of the hospital and ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, in order to maintain conducive environment for patient centric-care, visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:

1.Facilities and Operations Management:

• Lead a team to manage all aspects of daily building maintenance (M&E Services)/ upgrading/repairs, support kitchen operations, security, housekeeping and store operations; and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and maintain good rapport with various internal departments;
• Undertake account manager role for the hospital to address facilities and/or operations-related queries, needs of patients, relatives, staff, stakeholders and that of various regulatory authorities;
• Supervise a team of contract staff from appointed vendors and ensure vendors fulfill the service level requirements;
• Develop necessary SOPs and Business Continuity Plans;
• Supervise employees and contract staff during the conduct of any related exercises and trainings to ensure their proficiency;
• Oversee project costing, budgeting and management of approved budget.

2.Project Management:

• Assist in project planning and coordination works for:

a) Hospital space planning;
b) Hospital expansion;
c) Facilities and operations-related improvements.

1. Administration:

• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant FM discipline.
• Experience as Fire Safety Manager, Safety Manager or possession of Project Manager Certification or Green Mark Manager is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and operations.
