Responsibilities:

We currently have an opportunity to join our Risk team as a Senior Manager, Partnering & Risk Culture based in our Melbourne office.
This role will see you responsible for providing Line 2 Risk advice, training, oversight and challenge to Line 1 and risk owners within each business unit, so that each team can effectively manage their risks, controls, incidents, and issues. A large focus will be on Risk Culture, including the embedment of risk culture measures and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Partnering & Risk Culture to promote effective ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk.
  • Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to provide timely, expert, and strategic advice and insights, oversight and constructive challenge regarding the enterprise risk framework and policies.
  • Overseeing all incidents and issues and working with the business to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken to address identified improvements and actions.
  • Analysing trends and metrics in the organization’s risk culture to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Analysing and preparing reporting across the risk management lifecycle and ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and appropriate.
  • Collaborating with Head of Partnering & Risk Culture in uplifting the organisation-wide approach to risk culture, promoting best practice.
  • Providing training and coaching to the business on all aspects of the risk management lifecycle to uplift risk maturity and risk culture.
