Responsibilities:
You will utilise your experience and technical proficiency as an analytics leader with in-depth HR domain knowledge to enable data driven strategic decisioning, driving outcomes in alignment with our Group strategic objectives. With your expertise in Python, SQL, and BI tools, you will be involved in developing and deploying ML models contribute to Operational Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of people analytics initiatives to support HR and organisational goals
- Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to analyse and predict workforce trends, employee performance and other key HR outcomes
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and support prioritisation of key initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Mentor and guide peers and colleagues as we build a world-class analytics and AI capability
