Job Duties: Provide management and technical leadership for the Performance and Analytics team responsible for all areas of Analytics within J&J Vision Deliver, including Distribution, Customer Service, Repack/Relabel, E-Commerce (automation), and Transportation. Develop and manage analytical systems to validate and strategically align global demand and supply information for all Distribution and Customer Service locations for J&J Vision. Act as Global Vision Deliver Analytics Lead, collaborating with the J&J Deliver and Vision Supply Chain and Commercial Analytics organizations. Develop and maintain the Global Analytical strategy for Vision including systems, visualizations, toolsets, and training (global and regional). Enable best practices, standards, and centralized capabilities to increase and accelerate digital activation for Vision Deliver and its regions and markets. Direct strategic initiatives for data-driven performance measurement, KPI development, stakeholder education, talent management, cross-functional collaboration, and technological advancement, to drive impactful insights and achieve global performance objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Bioengineering, Finance, or related field followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Senior Manager Performance and Analytics-related occupation.

• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
