Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Strategy Senior Manager to support our Pharma Relations team. This role involves strategizing and executing plans related to ESC’s Product Listing Agreement (PLA) portfolio – with the key objectives of enhancing client experiences, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring long-term success and retention. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a clinical background and a passion for service excellence.
The Client Strategy Senior Manager will own the relationship between ESC and its various PLA clients as it relates to the subject matter. Success in the role involves working alongside ESC’s PLA clients to support the implementation of PLAs, being a PLA subject matter expert, and to providing first level advice to client questions. This role will also organize and lead all PLA client meetings and business reviews.
Broadly speaking, success in the role also involves gaining both a deep understanding of the PLA landscape in Canada and how that resonates with each PLA client’s philosophy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- 6+ years’ experience in pharma or healthcare Landscape
- Extensive experience working with external clients/stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite of tools, with CRM database experience a plus
- Subject matter expertise in market access, benefits/insurance industry and drug reimbursement processes in the public and private payer landscape
- Understanding of Canadian pharmaceutical landscape, PBM business, and provincial formularies and regulations
- Excellent client facing interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, courteously, and tactfully with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Confident, self-starter with a unique ability to act quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a Sr. Advisor for PLA Clients
- Work closely and collaborate with ESC’s broader Sales, Account Management, and Clinical teams
- Build relationships with all PLA Clients
- Facilitate the implementation of PLAs across all PLA clients.
- Lead client meetings, manage agenda, presentations and manage takeaways
- Be the first point of contact for ESC’s PLA clients on the subject matter
- Become an expert on the PLA landscape in Canada.
- Develop and maintain appropriate dashboards and KPIs
