[What the role is]
As the Project Lead for the Donor Management System (DMS), your role is crucial in driving innovation, streamlining operations, and cultivating key partnerships to drive the organisation’s philanthropic objectives.
Your primary focus lies in enhancing collaboration, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimising donor management systems and processes, aiming to maximise fundraising impact and foster organisational growth.
[What you will be working on]

4. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Actively participate in the ongoing development and documentation of workflows, SOPs, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing among the team
• Monitor project progress, SLAs and performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities
• Take corrective measures to ensure timely project delivery and cost efficiency

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Leadership ability to rally and guide teams effectively
• Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
• Adaptability to drive and manage transformational changes within projects.
• Proficiency in managing systems and projects, including end-to-end delivery experience from small to large scale
• Exposure to CRM or Knowledge Management systems
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly agile

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Demonstrated success in leading project teams and delivering projects on
  time and within budget
