Senior Manager, Policy and Analysis - Group Treasury

As the Senior Manager, Policy and Analysis you will develop, coordinate, and maintain policies and frameworks that relate to capital and liquidity risk management, including: The Group’s ICAAP and the Group’s Liquidity Risk Management Framework.
With a QBE enterprise-wide mindset, you will also be responsible for driving consistency of approach across the QBE Group and its Divisions. Your key stakeholders include the finance and risk teams of the Group and each Division, as well as their Executive Committees.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• The Group’s ICAAP Report and ICAAP Summary Statement, and associated policies and standards relating to capital adequacy and capital management
• Contributing to the development of the Group’s Recovery, Exit and Resolution Planning needs
• Leading the development of procedures, analysis and documentation supporting liquidity risk management
• Leading stress testing and scenario analysis relating to capital and liquidity risk
• Ongoing review and development of risk appetite statements relating to capital and liquidity risk
• Monitoring and reporting to management on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Early Warning Indicators (EWIs)
