  • Own and support the running of cross-company operating rhythms to drive alignment and accelerated follow-through as well as surface emerging opportunities or risks facing the business
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product operations and drive continuous improvement. Support data analysis and experimentation as needed.

  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across project teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

What you need to bring:

  • 7+ years of applicable product ops, product management / design, operations, or program management experience.
  • Experience with a variety of project management and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Google or Microsoft Office suite).
  • Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work with diverse partners.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and scale effective product development methods and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
