SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in a chartered environment in a similar role
• High level of tax knowledge and ability to translate this knowledge into excellent client outcomes
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and revenue growth
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
• Confidence in interacting with clients and developing relationships
• Strong business development skills
• CA or CPA qualified (essential)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Business Services & Tax, you will be experienced in business services and tax, managing workflow, and be a self-starter with a great work ethic. Your drive to exceed clients’ expectations sees you thrive! As the Senior Manager for Business Services & Tax, you will thrive on delivering excellent client outcomes and coach your team to do the same.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking a proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad range of clients, from business owners to professionals in diverse industries.
• Ensuring work is delivered by your team to a high standard, and all client expectations are met.
• Working closely with clients on various business advisory needs, including business restructuring, tax planning, and cash flow management.
• Working with other specialists to provide clients with a full range of services. Identifying business development opportunities and referral networks.
