• Using our suite of customized systems and tools you will lead teams of Quotation Specialists by empowering them to collaborate and craft tailored solutions for our clients, interpreting requirements to configure proposals based on site capabilities, local regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• You will balance multiple priorities and projects for clients across the globe and have the opportunity to work with subject matter authorities in every one of our facilities. This enables you to learn and gain insight from Production, Engineering, Design, Scheduling, Finance and Clients to ensure our teams provide accurate estimates while crafting new and creative solutions.
• You’ll mentor, help set goals, and guide Managers, Supervisors, and Quotation Specialists with their work from initiation through final approval. Following our approval authority matrix, you will coordinate and interact directly with Site and Division Leadership.
