REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a specific focus on front office transformation in a direct & indirect sales environment
  • 3+ years of experience in change management
  • 3+ years of experience in an Alliances & Channels organization
  • 2+ years of hands on experience with the Salesforce platform & the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Previous experience leading Partner & Customer Transformation programs in large, highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience working with large Channel, Sales, IT, & Finance organizations
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities to collaborate successfully with executive level stakeholders. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing and driving to success skills, with the ability to optimally engage with SVP+ level executives
  • Excellent program management experience including ability to create & maintain large, sophisticated program governance models, executive dashboards, complex excel files, etc.
  • Ability to bring together diverse individuals to achieve a common goal, overcome hurdles, and get results
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Available to travel regionally and internationally up to 25% of the time
  • Degree or equivalent shown experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Partner Relationship Management & Slack; especially using these capabilities in the context of an Alliances & Channels organization
  • Experience leading teams & deliverables as part of a Partner or Sales transformation
  • Experience working with Product & IT teams in an Agile methodology
  • Experience in consulting, inclusive of System Integration & Management Consulting, at a Global System Integrator
