Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Senior Manager in Regulatory Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory commitments are met with trust and confidence. You will be responsible for critically analysing regulatory reports and notices, providing valuable insights that drive continuous improvement. Your ability to independently manage projects will see you delivering impactful results across the business. You will also engage with various stakeholders to improve our control environment and align business practices with changing community and regulatory expectations.

  • Partner with Domains and SMEs to ensure regulatory commitments are delivered timely and effectively
  • Critically analyse regulatory reports and notices to provide insightful support for continuous improvement
  • Independently manage projects delivering results to the business at large
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve control environment and business practices
  • Support delivery of regulatory submissions for material Regulatory Notices, Requests, and Investigations
  • Assess and analyse business impacts on regulatory consultations, changes, and reports

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager, Regulatory Enablement role brings along exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships across all levels. A deep sense of curiosity coupled with the willingness to seek out information is essential. Experience in independently managing projects while delivering significant results is crucial. Attention to detail is key as it enables engagement and drives the right outcomes. A working knowledge of the Banking Code, understanding of the regulatory landscape, and experience in writing board committee papers are vital for success in this role.
