The successful candidate will hold a bachelor-level qualification within Business, Quality Management, Legal Studies, Compliance and Risk or related field and hold extensive experience and understanding of risk and compliance.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate and develop Risk and Compliance Team members to meet organisational and team objectives.
- Implement, Berry Street’s risk management system and drive a robust risk culture across the organisation, providing guidance and support to the organisation with identifying, assessing, and monitoring critical risks and risk mitigation and improvement plans.
- Develop and facilitate, Berry Street audit activity, including the services’ internal audit schedule and accreditation processes.
- Review, develop and manage Berry Street’s legislative and regulatory compliance systems in line with good governance, legislative and compliance requirements for the provision of social services.
