Description:

We have an opportunity for you to join our growing teams as a Senior Manager, Risk. This role is available to you if you are based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, and Brisbane. You’ll play a pivotal part in supporting the STO and its partners (administrators, insurers, and promoters) by spearheading the operational aspects of our risk management framework. Your influence will contribute to a more mature risk culture within the STO and its valued partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement STO’s Risk Management Framework and Strategy and Appetite.
  • Monitor key material risks, controls, and indicators for each fund.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc Fund risk reviews to identify emerging risks.
  • Improve Risk Culture through continuous learning in risk management.
  • Escalate out-of-tolerance outcomes from annual Business Performance Reviews.
  • Review the effectiveness of Risk Management and Strategic Planning Frameworks annually.
  • Contribute to audits, projects, and prepare stakeholder reports.
