JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager Sales and Marketing role is responsible for leading a team of Account and Market Managers to attain CN’s corporate goals and targets within their strategic portfolio. The position collaborates with team members across CN and related industries to deliver on strategies that impact sales targets, improve contribution, address cost saving initiatives, grow revenue, and net income for the company. The role takes ownership of profitability, pricing guidelines, strategic direction, market research, marketing processes, and competitive assessments.

EXPERIENCE

Marketing and Sales

  • Between 7 to 10 years of experience in a marketing and sales role including Market Manager and Account Manager

o Experience leading a team*

  • Experience working with operations on initiatives to promote growth
  • Any experience for these above would be considered as an asset

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/DESIGNATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
  • Master’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration*
  • Any designation for these above would be considered as an asset
