We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in your assigned territory; by signing, negotiating, and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents.

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve the sales objectives set.
  • Act as the main contact in key accounts, actively maintaining open lines of communication between the company and the Agents.
  • Participate in internal meetings with support areas, resolving situations and streamlining processes.
  • Design and implement strategic actions for the retention and growth of the commercial network, and the development of products and services.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards for the effective management of the sales force.
  • Prepare periodic reports with news and progress in sales and fulfillment of sales objectives.
  • Respect and enforce respect for the values and behaviors that our corporation
  • and encourages in terms of employee and customer relations inside and outside the company’s facilities.
  • Contribute to the creation of a team with a healthy and high performance work environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with support areas.
  • Lead team of 4 supervisors for the proper execution of projects and

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Engineering and/or MBA (not exclusive).
  • More than 4 years of professional experience in similar sales or commercial positions with a team in charge.
  • Experience in management of commercial networks and/or retailers (not required).
  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning, strategic objective setting, execution and follow up.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Performance management from competency development, goal tracking and talent spotting in teams.
  • Owning a car and having a valid driver’s license is a must (maintenance costs to be paid by the company).
  • Hybrid work scheme (3 days per week at the office).
