We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager in Basel to join our Business Technology Transformation practice, driving growth and innovation for our clients in the German-speaking cantons of Switzerland. This leadership role involves collaborating with CIOs and technology leaders to transform technology organizations into strategic innovation catalysts and drivers of digital transformation.
Your role
Develop and implement strategic solutions aligned with client goals
Conduct process assessments and apply best practices for optimized future states
Create process maps for implementation teams to generate business requirements
Assist clients in prioritizing and sequencing strategic initiatives into cohesive roadmaps
Build trusted client relationships and thrive in client site environments
Define target state organization and operating models
Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
Utilize design thinking for user-centered solutions
Assess current state applications and recommend target architectures
Facilitate workshops and interviews to generate business cases
Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions
Enhance business processes through technology-based solutions
Facilitate product evaluation, selection, and negotiation

Self-driven team player with excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills
Deep understanding of current IT trends
Passion for technology and its transformative potential
Master’s degree or equivalent in Business
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or IT management
Proven success in building and maintaining C-suite relationships
Strong project management and leadership skills
Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
Proficiency in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and ability to excel under pressure
Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional Swiss national languages is an asse
