Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be a member of the Skip Strategy and Operations team and looked to as a leader in the organization. You will build and execute core operational processes - such as strategic business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management - with the business function you support. In your role, you will also take up broad-spectrum special projects ranging from designing resource allocation models, yield optimization projects to managing roll-out, maintenance, and reporting on new processes, platforms and tools. You will work very closely with Senior leaders in the operations, strategic development, partnerships and customers teams to quickly understand issues and implement solutions.

You will be a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical and detail-oriented, but capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. Our team does not shy away from rolling up our sleeves, slicing and dicing massive sets of information, and building solutions to problems that have not been taken on yet. You will become the COO to the business leaders you partner with and execute towards their short-term and long-term business goals through strategic and operational initiatives. You will independently identify issues, solve problems, and with enthusiasm drive solutions - people come to you when they have a tough problem because they know you can solve it.
