HOW WILL I HELP?
We’re seeking a Senior Manager for Stress Testing Production on a maximum term secondment opportunity for 12 months. In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of the credit stress testing execution for both the annual Group and Industry Stress Testing, ensuring compliance with APRA requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the credit stress testing execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Manager Stress Testing Risk and Data and their team to develop plans for stress testing cycles, calculate stress test results, review collected data, and manage stress testing methodology. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount as you produce clear reports of stress test results and interpret sensitivity analysis for various stakeholders.
As a supportive leader, you’ll mentor and guide analysts in the team, ensuring their growth and development. You’ll also assist the Executive Manager and Head of Stress Testing as needed, driving continuous improvement in the production of stress test credit results. Additionally, you’ll conduct portfolio deep dives to provide insightful analysis into unexpected risks and opportunities.
