KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and mentor a team of Governance Managers and Associates, ensuring the development and operational excellence of supplier governance and risk assessment for sustained compliance.
- Build and maintain impactful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for Supplier Risk Assessments (SRA).
- Oversee triage and delegation of SRA tasks.
- Lead regulatory and policy change initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Supplier Risk Assessment support model.
- Develop, enhance and maintain reporting on Supplier Risk Assessment and Westpac’s supplier risk environment.
- Oversee Material suppliers’ adherence to the Supplier Risk Management Standard (SRMS).
- Ensure consistent support and management of supplier governance and risk assessment for compliance.
