Responsibilities:

ROLE – SENIOR MANAGER, SUPPLIER GOVERNANCE SUPPORT, 48307

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Lead and mentor a team of Governance Managers and Associates, ensuring the development and operational excellence of supplier governance and risk assessment for sustained compliance.
  • Build and maintain impactful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point for Supplier Risk Assessments (SRA).
  • Oversee triage and delegation of SRA tasks.
  • Lead regulatory and policy change initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Supplier Risk Assessment support model.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain reporting on Supplier Risk Assessment and Westpac’s supplier risk environment.
  • Oversee Material suppliers’ adherence to the Supplier Risk Management Standard (SRMS).
  • Ensure consistent support and management of supplier governance and risk assessment for compliance.
