Description:

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Commercial Strategy is a leadership role focused on managing and improving our supply chain processes and commercial dealings with suppliers and vendors. This role is responsible for designing and executing supply chain strategies that ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, it involves developing and leading commercial strategies to secure new projects and grow the business. The ideal candidate will build the supply chain infrastructure from the ground up, helping to position the company as a strong competitor in the electrification services market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and align with overall business goals.
  • Structure and negotiate supplier-related deals to optimize financial and operational results.
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and enforce compliance with sustainability and performance standards.
  • Integrate sustainability and ED&I principles within the supply chain strategy to meet client demands and improve competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand accurately and develop strategies to minimize risks and address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Continually improve supply chain processes for cost reduction, enhanced efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Lead the supply chain team, development and manage department budget and development department business plan on an annual basis.
  • Establish and track KPIs to assess and report on supply chain performance to executive leadership.
  • Implement commercial strategies that extend beyond traditional supply chain functions to boost business opportunities and profitability.
  • Offer expert recommendations to executive leadership to enhance business performance and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in supply chain or business related field
  • MBA is preferred
  • 7+ years Industry Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, Commercial + Contracts Management, Management Consulting
  • Proven management skills with the ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of electrical equipment, energy software solutions, and familiarity with engineering and construction processes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
