Do you want to impact the development of our Talent Acquisition (TA) organization, and support our growth journey? We are looking for an experienced manager with a track record from HR and/or TA, who holds solid knowledge and experience with life cycle data for HR and TA, or who has experience with Employer Branding and a hands-on related opinion about onboarding processes.
As Senior Manager for TA, you will work with a fantastic team of ten who completed more than 330 recruitments across the organization last year. This is a new role where we divide the current HR Business Partner & TA team in two, hence you will take over the leadership for the TA team and report to the Senior HR Director, who will continue to lead the HR Business Partners. The Talent Acquisition team is in Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, and the US – most of them sitting in Denmark. The position is located at the headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, and you can expect to travel a couple of times per year.
The TA and HR Business Partner teams are part of the Global People, Organization, and Sustainability department also responsible for HR Operations, Global Rewards & HRIT, Internal Communication, and ESG. The PO&S team consists of +35 dedicated and engaged colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Your highest priority is to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is attracting the right people to our business. You do this through team management, strategic planning, process optimization, data analytics, and project management support. Currently, we are running an HRIS update project for 2024 and expect to initiate an employer branding project in the second half of 2024.

To become a success in this role, you must be proactive, a strategic thinker with hard-core execution skills, and of course passionate about life-cycle data in HR and TA or Employer Branding. You will work closely with the team to ensure all initiatives around TA and retention are well embedded into our organization. Your role will also entail:

  • Roll out talent acquisition initiatives across our organization
  • Ensure data-driven insights and present results for executive management
  • Optimize processes towards an even more agile setup.
