Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition Partners sit within foodpanda’s Regional People function, and they are responsible for attracting and recruiting the best pandas into our regional entities, as well as delivering magical experiences to candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our APAC business.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
  • Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
  • Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to address their talent needs.
  • Full-cycle recruitment for various functional areas and across all job levels, including senior/C-level hiring.
  • Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
  • Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
  • Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving our Talent Acquisition and broader People function.
    Qualifications
-

University degree in any discipline.

  • Approx. 7 to 10 years of in-house recruitment or onsite RPO experience.
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates in the APAC market, including senior/C-level searches.
  • Well versed with complex executive compensation packages.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
  • Maturity, strong relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate effectively.
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills
