Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on human resources management
  • Min. 8-10 years of professional experience in the field of personnel and organisational development, ideally in an international and complex environment
  • Strong organisational talent and a high level of initiative
  • Demonstrable experience in experience in project management
  • Knowledge of current tools and trends in the areas of talent & performance management, leadership, learning & development
  • Very good leadership skills and the ability to link and develop a global team
  • Very good language skills in German and English
  • Experience as a trainer, coach and/or moderator and in the area of change management is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP SuccessFactors

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the conceptual development and operational implementation of innovative HR concepts for our global offices
  • Further development and implementation of a global job architecture with career paths, role descriptions, job levels and pay grades
  • Establishing a performance review process and a systematic approach to forward-looking succession planning in line with the existing HR software
  • Establishment of a management/talent development programme
  • Conception, planning and implementation of an employee engagement strategy
  • Coordination of global learning & development programmes
  • Communicating the annual employee survey and managing action planning
  • Supporting organisational development projects and designing change processes
  • Supporting the continuous development of People & Change initiatives
  • Expansion and Management of the Talent & Development team as well as individual development
