Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on human resources management
- Min. 8-10 years of professional experience in the field of personnel and organisational development, ideally in an international and complex environment
- Strong organisational talent and a high level of initiative
- Demonstrable experience in experience in project management
- Knowledge of current tools and trends in the areas of talent & performance management, leadership, learning & development
- Very good leadership skills and the ability to link and develop a global team
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Experience as a trainer, coach and/or moderator and in the area of change management is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP SuccessFactors

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the conceptual development and operational implementation of innovative HR concepts for our global offices
- Further development and implementation of a global job architecture with career paths, role descriptions, job levels and pay grades
- Establishing a performance review process and a systematic approach to forward-looking succession planning in line with the existing HR software
- Establishment of a management/talent development programme
- Conception, planning and implementation of an employee engagement strategy
- Coordination of global learning & development programmes
- Communicating the annual employee survey and managing action planning
- Supporting organisational development projects and designing change processes
- Supporting the continuous development of People & Change initiatives
- Expansion and Management of the Talent & Development team as well as individual development
