Contribute, define and implement Talent and Leadership frameworks, processes and programs to ensure “best in class” talents in most critical roles and build succession pipelines to meet today and future capabilities required by our business.

Responsibilities:

Act as a key partner to leaders across the organisation on identifying and mitigating people risk and strategy development through providing coaching & advice to develop talents in pipeline and securing organisational capabilities.
Accountable to deliver quality end-to-end cyclical talent processes and contribute to the design and implementation of leadership development interventions
Maintain and deliver robust management metrics, reporting and analysis to support sustainability of talent initiatives and simplify accessibility and transparency of talent data
Collaborate and consult, as required, on key cyclical HR process discussions with business to support the sustainability and development of human capital
