REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A transformational talent leader with a proven track record of building strong relationships and providing guidance to a growing organization in a complex industry
  • Confident and humble and have used these skills to effectively learn from and influence senior team members and leaders
  • Talent Management, Organizational Development Effectiveness and HR Business Partner experience at a large, fast paced, complex, global Company with a proven history of success in leading change and influencing others
  • Ability to contract with multiple business clients to identify and prioritize work
  • Ability to analyze data from Talent Management processes to identify weaknesses and blocks within a talent pipeline
  • Change management expertise at the individual, team and organizational level
  • Program management experience and willingness to drive both the strategic and operational aspects of a program
  • Partners effectively across multiple functions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Practical experience providing formal/informal executive coaching and development in all areas of leadership
  • Utilization of Workday Talent Management tools and practices to help business achieve TM objectives
  • Understanding of leadership competencies and changing demands within a leadership pipeline

Responsibilities:

  • Using deep and broad business understanding and insights to provide strategic guidance on long term talent priorities
  • Partnering with the ESBPs to drive executive talent management strategy, including critical role succession planning, talent planning and movement, org and role design, and talent engagement.
  • Identifying organizational capability gaps and make recommendations
  • Business alignment on talent programs- promotions, talent reviews, succession, etc. and support roll out and execution of programs.
  • Crafting a network of cross-ES and beyond relationships to ensure visibility and voice in company talent priorities and programs
  • Developing forums to ensure that ESBPs and the business are aware of and activated on company talent priorities
  • Partnering with the head of Talent Management to influence, evolve, and co-create global talent solutions for the sales organization.
  • Connecting Talent Management partners globally to ensure information is moving across the system effectively
  • Serving as a Talent Management subject matter expert; provide leadership in the area of strategy alignment and deployment, needs assessments, retention, development, and succession pipeline
  • Working with the broader Talent Centers of Excellence (COEs) to surface insights that drive more targeted development programs and direct team engagements
