As the Senior Manager, Tax Compliance you will be responsible for the management of multi-national tax compliance and reporting including multi-national tax provision financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, and the mitigation of global tax risks in support of corporate strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns and associated supporting working papers, working closely with tax team members, to support accurate and timely multi-jurisdictional compliance (including direct taxes, indirect taxes, and Pillar 2 disclosures).
- Manage the conduct of tax research, technical positioning, and overall documentation of tax related matters pertaining to multi-national tax compliance filing positions.
- Manage multi-national divisional/segmented tax provisioning and reporting and tax related disclosures within the group structure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure direct and indirect tax considerations are appropriately addressed in business decisions and transactions.
- Provide support for development and implementation of tax planning that optimizes tax positions.
- Provide support for tax risk solutions, M&A transactions, and employee and other tax matters, while fostering positive relationships across departments to integrate tax considerations into decision-making.
- Manage planning and implementation of tax-enabled enhancements to tax technology solutions including ERP system upgrades, working closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure multi-national compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist with internal business change and proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvements (e.g. automation of tax-related processes).
- Provide leadership, mentoring and professional development guidance to other members of the tax function. Manage regional tax inquiries, disputes, and audits, and other assigned tax management duties to ensure compliance and efficiency.
