Opportunity to spearhead a boutique technology recruitment firm based in the City. You’ll work with the owner to expand and to grow the business further. (In due course the owner is looking to ‘step back’ and you’ll be given the full operational keys).
We’re seeking an experienced tech recruiter, who is ready to move into a true leadership role. Perhaps you’ve hit a ceiling where you are currently? (Or you don’t have any opportunity to gain an equity stake?). In this position, part of the package will be a meaningful equity stake - with a significant future wealth creation opportunity.
You’ll need to be a confident (agency side) recruiter - capable of continuing to fee earn personally whilst building a business. You’ll be a confident leader of people, with the ambition to build something special.
