Job Description:
ADI’s Multi Market Power Business Unit is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to build and lead a test engineering team in our PH location.
Test engineering is a critical member of the development team. Your main role will be to work with and lead a test development team focusing on the design and development of high performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE). These solutions will be used for silicon validation, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of power products such as DC-DC Converters, Temperature Sensors, Digital Power Solutions, GaN Drivers, and Protection Devices serving multi market verticals.

Team job role includes but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with design engineers in defining/developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes, SCAN and IDDq test patterns.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer and product demands.
  • Design, develop and debug multi-site, cost effective test hardware and software solutions for characterization, qualification and production wafer probe and final test.
  • Work with layout engineers in designing of Printed Circuit Boards multi-site test HW.
  • Work with design engineers in validating and correlating new test solutions to design bench reference data.
  • Manage and maintain projects schedules that align with product introduction and release dates.
  • Engage and support offshore manufacturing to maintain production yield and high quality, and resolve product and test problems after production release.

Job Requirements: BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline with at least 10+ years of experience involving: analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits; designing hardware and software solutions for Automated Test Equipment that minimize test cost and maximize test performance; developing multi-site test program; performing statistical data analysis; and documenting and presenting test plans and evaluation reports for power and mixed-signal products. Experience with NI STS, ETS-364, ETS-88, SPEA, or uFlex platforms an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least 5+ years of experience in supervising and mentoring teams preferred.
