Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE: ABOUT THE ROLE:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Manager HR Job Architecture and Organizational Development. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of the organization’s job architecture framework. You will serve as the impartial and independent authority for job design, description, and evaluation. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits), you will work closely with a range of senior stakeholders to ensure optimal, transparent, and effective organizational design outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design, develop and maintain the organisation’s job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and grades to support talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct job analysis and job evaluations to ensure internal job classifications and compensation structures are aligned with organisational objectives, industry best practices and market trends.
  • Leverage technology and recognised global methodologies to deliver transparent, fair and robust sizing of roles and appropriate placement within the company’s grading structure.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams and other stakeholders to provide guidance on job design, career development opportunities, and compensation recommendations based on job architecture principles.
  • Act as independent ombudsman in dispute resolution relating to job description and sizing and provide guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the job architecture and organisational design framework to support the evolving needs of the organisation.
