EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in Computer Science or IT

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of experience working in cyber security.
• 5+ years of experience leading cyber security operations teams in large organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing security operations relationships with outsourced service providers, driving value based on business requirements.
• Experience of establishing cyber vulnerability management processes.
• Experience of working in fast-paced environments and driving change.
• Experience of executing multiple simultaneous and / or large projects
• Experience of defining business cases and making recommendations to senior management.

Desirable :

• Prior experience of working in cyber security and / or technology roles in the aviation sector.
• Experience in leading small teams in cyber security or technology departments within large organizations.
• Knowledge of emerging threats, advanced persistent threats (APTs), zero-day vulnerabilities, and new attack techniques.
• Knowledge of OT-specific cyber security frameworks (e.g. IEC62443 and NIST OT Cybersecurity Framework).
• Experience of performing threat assessments considering the full spectrum of threat actors and attack vectors (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK framework).

ROLE SUMMARY

The Information Security Department has one core mission: to build and maintain a robust cyber defense to enable AD AIRPORTS to operate in a safe and secure manner. The Information Security Department comprises two principal teams:

• Cyber Security Operations (vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident management)
• Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

AD Airports is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager of Threat Detection & Response, to lead the delivery of cyber security operations across AD AIRPORTS.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring of cyber security events
• Cyber incident management
• Cyber vulnerability management
• Identity and access management

The role will have responsibility to establish and manage a small team of cyber security professionals to coordinate the delivery of security operations activities across the AD AIRPORTS organization
