QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in business/economics, ideally with focus on tax and/or accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an industrial company, an auditing/tax consulting company or in financial administration, preferably with focus on transfer pricing
  • Tax advisor exam is a plus
  • High affinity for numbers and IT as well as analytical thinking and acting
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and SAP BI is an advantage
  • Very good command of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and an open and confident manner at all reporting levels
  • Structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
  • High level of initiative, resilience and team spirit
  • Fluent in (written and spoken) German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and processing of tax matters in close cooperation with the Group tax department of our parent company Freudenberg
  • You will be focussing on the advancement of our group-wide transfer pricing system, incl.
  • Creation, coordination and continuous development of our transfer pricing documentation
  • Implementation of an IT-based operational transfer pricing solution in cooperation with colleagues from the controlling, accounting and IT teams
  • Establishing an internal control system for transfer pricing in order to identify and reduce potential transfer pricing risks
  • Monitoring the tax-compliance of our intercompany cost allocation and supporting in the creation of transfer-pricing-relevant intragroup contracts
  • Defense of transfer prices in German and foreign tax audits
  • Additionally, ownership of the DAC 6 guideline will be part of your responsibility, incl. in-house trainings, identification and monitoring of reportable events
