Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and coordinate the Data Platforms RFP Process / Refresh
  • Organise and attend Data Platforms relationship management and quarterly governance meetings with Panel firms. Manage and maintain Panel firm calendar and schedule of visits / meetings (including sharing information with firms).
  • Allocate, with input from the GM and GM1s, Data Platforms relationship owners and act as the Panel firms’ interface into Data Platforms.
  • Central contact point for all vendor matters (commercial and operations).
  • Facilitate the process for managed services / retainers / sub-tenders as identified by GMs and GM1s.
  • Ensure Third Party Provider Compliance Requirements (e.g., ensuring all firms undertake annual TPSA, GDPR DPIA and Risk Review)
  • Govern and track any credits that vendors may provide and work with the Head of DP Operations and Risk on the application of such credits to various cost centres.
  • Develop and maintain a procurement lifecycle guide and disseminate throughout Data Platforms for consistent application.
  • Develop and maintain an ecosystem around resource management for Senior Manager, DP Operations to leverage in order to manage vendor resources more effectively
