Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with the Head of WIB Performance Management, Director Performance Management, LOB BUF teams, Genpact team and WIB business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Westpac Group including Group Finance, Treasury, Risk, and other support functions.
  • Manage delivery of timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting for WIB Division, including Flash reporting and Monthly Performance Reporting.
  • Co-ordination of the quarterly forecast process including assisting with driver analysis and the production of WIB and Group deliverables including WIB CFO / WIB ET forecast packs.
  • Co-ordination of processes and deliverables to ASX Results Announcement, IDP, Quarterly Trading updates, WIB Executive briefings and Group Finance Q&A.
  • Analysis of competitor performance.
  • Oversee the planning, prioritisation and coordination of tasks across the wider team to ensure deadlines are met according to all deliverable dates, and acting as delegate for the Director, Performance Management where required.
  • Support the Director, Performance Management with ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Simplification of reporting and processes to create capacity across WIB Finance teams, while maintaining quality and reducing risk
