Make-A-Wish America is the national headquarters for our organization, providing resources and support for our Chapters around the country. This team is comprised of innovative nonprofit professionals who elevate our mission across the organization, focusing programs that are unique to wish granting.

The Senior Manager, Wish & Volunteer Center is responsible for the successful adoption and growth of the Wish & Volunteer Center (WVC), a Salesforce platform, as the primary system for wish granting and volunteer engagement teams’ enterprise wide to support a quality wish granting and end-to-end volunteer engagement strategies. This position serves as the business/chapter liaison for WVC, in an AGILE development model. In addition, this position will develop reports and dashboards to meet both enterprise and chapter visibility needs. The Senior Manager partners with key stakeholders including mission subject matter experts; technology, revenue, chapter advancement and finance teams, and Make-A-Wish chapter users to ensure that system design and enhancements meet the needs of chapter staff, volunteers and other end users, that future enhancements are prioritized to meet business needs, that trainings and resources are sufficient to support user needs, and that the system achieves the desired business value and operational efficiencies.
