Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee Lifemark’s Workplace Wellness. This role will oversee the divisional B2B operational processes and ensure efficient and effective management of resources and provide exemplary services for our national business clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives. Additionally, this role will focus on business development and growth, identifying opportunities to expand our services and grow our market share.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex healthcare operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare business division, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of workplace onsite healthcare clinics.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other Lifemark divisional leaders to develop and execute business strategies and growth plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond to RFPs and other contract management responsibilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand Lifemark’s Workplace Wellness services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
