The Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving and managing projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products and to improve the productivity of the production plant.
This position is part of the Technical Operations team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and profound work-related experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years)
  • Experience leading international and cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools.
  • Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in English and German.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Experience in internal and external ISO 13485 audits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead international and cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products.
  • Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team and ensure correct implementation of design changes.
  • Analyze investment and budget for future growth.
  • Lead the test equipment team to ensure correct documentation and support of the validation projects.
