We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our business own the delivery of our marketing analytics capabilities, required across the corporate channel as week as supporting on the transformation and our approach to marketing & operational data.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in marketing campaign analysis and/or digital analytics is required
  • Experience working with a variety of platforms including – PowerBI (essential). SQL, SAS, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation or Tableau (desirable)
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office with advanced understanding and use of MS Excel
  • Experience in working with underlying data tables and business rules to ensure consistency of reporting
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the products and services provided by the Group
  • Awareness of the Financial Services market (desirable but not essential)
  • Internal consultancy and influencing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Continually refine business KPI metrics from insight led data
  • Work alongside the Analytics Manager to design, manage and implement relevant analytical techniques and processes (AB testing, CRO etc) to better understand key customer behaviour and drive change through economic insights.
  • Work closely with MIBI & CRM teams to support the development of automated key reporting for stakeholders in marketing & operations and wider corporate business functions
  • Take ownership of the delivery of projects that necessitate analytical capability to provide better customer outcomes or more efficient delivery of our corporate capability
  • Pro-actively supporting the marketing team with data, analysis and insights from previous digital & direct marketing.
  • Continually review and adapt defined processes to maintain excellence in delivery
