Are you passionate about delivering effective marketing campaigns? Do you question what’s gone before and look for innovative ideas? Are you digitally minded, and strategic in your approach? We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive our Campaigns forward.
Our Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager plays an important and influential leadership role in the team and across the firm, helping to promote a highly collaborative approach to working. The team has grown and developed rapidly, and is now recognised and respected as a high performing team.
This role is responsible for devising and delivering bold, progressive campaigns, initiatives and activities supporting delivery of the firm’s growth strategy and our brand positioning. You will be innovative in your approach, keeping up to date with the latest ideas and marketing techniques, delivering effective campaigns and events to build the firm’s reputation, grow client relationships and generate new leads.
Working closely with Business Development and Marketing Communications colleagues, and with external agencies as required, you will be expected to promote a digital-first mindset and deliver highly effective marketing, while also demonstrating excellent advisory capability. As well as originating ideas, you will provide consultation to stakeholders on all aspects of marketing campaign and event best practice - including proposition development, planning, budgeting, agency commissioning, campaign execution, and analysis into what is effective and what isn’t.
In addition to thinking strategically and commercially, you will be have hands-on experience of formulating campaign plans that support the business objectives. You will also be a great people leader, with experience of managing and developing teams.
