Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred.
- Should have at least 3 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in B2C industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g Canva) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and strong ability to innovate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and project management skills.
- Passion for the wedding industry and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our diverse brand objectives and resonate with target demographics.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI and goal achievement.
- Provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering collaboration, goal alignment, and professional growth.
- Spearhead digital marketing campaigns to bolster traffic, enhance lead generation, and boost conversions.
- Engage in creative brainstorming to conceive innovative campaign ideas and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Design and develop audience-centric marketing collaterals, including captivating mood boards and compelling copy.
- Oversee our social media presence, curating content that engages, such as posts, stories, and reels, and managing interactions.
- Coordinate and execute brand events, bridal shows, and promotional activities
- Secure influencer collaborations, overseeing content creation and timelines.
- Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors, influencers, and industry professionals to extend our reach and visibility.
