We need a Senior Marketing Graphic Artist at Mino Games, who’ll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and promotional materials for our flagship title, Dimensionals. Collaborating closely with the marketing team and Creative Director, you’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and showcase your talent through captivating graphics and designs that resonate with our target audience. From concept ideation to execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life and driving excitement around our game.

You will :

  • Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics for marketing campaigns, social media assets, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Design eye-catching digital and print materials, including banners, posters, advertisements, and merchandise, that effectively communicate the essence of Dimensionals and captivate our audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies and concepts for promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and gaming marketing, incorporating fresh ideas and techniques to elevate our visual storytelling.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to maintain consistency in visual elements across all marketing channels and ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and playtesting results, continuously refining and optimizing graphics to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations.
  • Contribute to the development of brand assets and style guides, ensuring adherence to established design standards and maintaining quality and consistency across all materials.

You have :

  • Ability to conceptualize and articulate a creative vision for visual assets that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand identity.
  • Mastery of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire junior designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and tools to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets within budget constraints.
  • Strategic mindset to understand market trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape, and leverage this knowledge to inform design decisions and creative strategies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and respond effectively to evolving project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify design challenges, develop creative solutions, and overcome obstacles to achieve project objectives.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools and technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards in all design deliverables.
  • An analytical mindset to evaluate design performance metrics and data, derive actionable insights, and optimize design strategies for maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and marketing.
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English language.
