THE OPPORTUNITY

Health eCareers is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive user growth and engagement among all healthcare professionals. The role reports to the Senior Director of B2C Marketing and is an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for owning the strategic development and operations of campaigns, audience development tactics, and conversion KPIs aligned with business objectives. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing teams and cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Product, BI, Dev/Engineering, and other departments to coordinate marketing efforts, optimize funnels, improve messaging, and execute multi-channel, full-funnel strategies. This role is integral to helping Health eCareers further advance its position as the leading career resource for healthcare professionals.
This role is a fully remote position and is a great opportunity for an independent, self-starter who loves to build and enhance consumer audiences.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 or more years’ experience in growth marketing, direct response advertising, or related areas
  • Experience managing a variety of organic (including SEO and Email) and paid marketing channels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Experience leading engagement and retention marketing initiatives
  • Project management experience and the ability to define and execute strategy and deliver results against goals
  • Proficiencies in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas and outcomes regularly to leadership and throughout the organization
  • Experience in recruitment marketing and/or healthcare a plus
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus

Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaigns and project plans for various healthcare audiences within a full-funnel, multichannel strategy
  • Manage tasks and project execution to ensure quality and on-time delivery of in-market assets
  • Assist in the growth of customer engagement and retention around Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to site traffic, database expansion, event registration, applications, etc.
  • Communicate campaign progress and tactic performance through daily task management and thoughtful data analysis. Create regular reporting structure to share progress to goals
  • Optimize operations for the efficiency of time and resource allocation by focusing efforts on activities that drive results
  • Partner with the Senior Director of B2C Marketing for prioritization, forecasting, and budgeting for all marketing programs
  • Collaborate with partnerships, product, sales, and other internal teams to develop go-to-market campaigns
  • Contribute to the prioritization of website and product initiatives that support marketing channels and funnel conversion goals around effective SEO, site navigation, and page design
  • Identify new opportunities and lead marketing efforts that increase our external presence and market position in the industry, including events, social media, branding, partnerships, and media, to drive user growth and user engagement in this segment
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve key results and business objectives
