We are seeking a passionate and solutions-focused Senior Marketing Manager - Digital to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for providing digital marketing expertise across the global business and establishing a digital marketing strategy that will elevate the TMX brand.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and social platforms
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelors in relevant degree (marketing, communications, commerce) preferred
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Experience with Campaign Manager and Sales NavigatorPrevious use of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc.

  • Proficiency with CMS, Hubspot, and other marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for TMX, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social campaigns.
  • Establish and execute digital marketing strategy to distribute targeted content/ ads across appropriate platforms.
  • Map, track, and report on customer journey across our digital ecosystem.
  • Work with our customer team, content partners, and marketing team to create digital campaigns that address the right audience, with the right message, at the right time, while meeting business objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and measure trends and content to assess options for optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising across digital platforms.
  • Manage the company website (Headless CMS) and manage relationship with website partner.
  • Drive traffic to the website and generate marketing leads globally
  • Maintain and grow TMX brand presence online.
  • Manage and report on digital budgets and ROI.
  • Develop and oversee junior team members in digital marketing.
  • Stay up to date with digital best practice and implement new learnings.
